REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 0-4 DIVES
LOCATION: Located to the east of Santiago Island, this small island is known for its unique spear-shaped pinnacle. which is located within 90 minutes of the Itabaca Channel (north side of Santa Cruz Island).
Site Conditions: Under the waves we dive through and around a rocky shelf with enough variety here we will dive along underwater cliffs that start at 15m and disappear into the seafloor giving us a good chance of seeing pelagic animals. There is a moderate current
Activity: One of the special features of this island is that it is often possible to see penguins while snorkeling. Within its marine life we can see corals, reef fish, endemic fish, pelagic fish, white-tip sharks, black-tip sharks, rays and seahorses, mobulas, and a beautiful school of yellow-tailed surgeonfish.
