The Tour
LOCATION
It is located north of Santa Cruz Island; In this place there are two dive sites (Seymour North “El Canal” and La Punta). Seymour is a great place to enjoy diving, snorkeling, and land visits. It is a low-lying island with cliffs on the east, south and north coasts, and is known as one of the best sites in the Galapagos for diving in the central islands.
ACTIVITY
white tip reef sharks, Galapagos sharks, hammerhead sharks, black tip sharks, tiger sharks and bull sharks. Also on this site we have manta rays, Galapagos garden eels, sea lions, barracuda, reef fish, Galapagos Blenny, and a variety of cleaning stations, variety of invertebrates; in the coastal area of Seymour it is possible to see frigatebirds, blue-footed boobies, swallow-tailed gulls, lava gulls, and Galapagos sea lions.
SITE CONDITION
This dive site is suitable for all levels of divers, it is one of the most beautiful dive sites near Santa Cruz Island. It is the perfect place to start your diving adventure in the Galapagos Marine Reserve. Although we also have on occasions, especially in the months of June to September, strong currents.
